Abstract. Amorphous film was prepared by vapor deposition on stand, cooling to helium temperature. We had every reason to believe that an excess of energy, configuration entropy and free volume in form of vacancies or its aggregates were given. Temperature relationship of decay of this metastable system (active media) was investigated. Occillatory conglomeration was observed. Structure – sensitive zond –
puls of laser photochemical reactions, its numerical characteristics were used for measuring of activity of the media.
