Abstract. The article deals with the constrained dymanic optimization model of organization’s operating core, which structure consists of the basic technological module and modules of support facilities. The production function of the operating core is represented as a superposition of Leontief’s production functions corresponding to each of the modules. The method of solving the problem is dynamic programming method. We convert the Bellman equation to the linear programming problem with a parameter describes structure of the operational core. The algorithm of automatic building the basic equations for each parameter is developed. The results of the numerical solution of the optimization problem in the wide ranges of variables and parameters of the model are presented. This model may serve as the basis for the synthesis of generalized mechanisms of organizational governance system at a large time interval.

Key words: organizational system, operating core, optimization of the structure, production function, linear programming, optimal control, dynamic programming.
