Abstract. The paper considers problems of network competition of several persons. Built extreme examples of networks, when Nash equilibrium exists regardless of the weight function of profit and metrics.

Key words: Nash equilibrium, directed graph, the normal form of the game, the shortest path algorithms, complexity of algorithms.
